2. Description of Service

TennCapt is a tournament management platform for tennis clubs. The Service allows club administrators to manage players, create and run tournaments (including elimination draws and round-robin formats), track scores, and publish results publicly.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including player information, tournament data, and match results. By submitting content, you grant TennCapt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any personal data of third parties (such as player information) and that you comply with applicable data protection laws.

6. Public Tournament Data

Tournament draws, match results, and rankings may be made publicly accessible through the Service. By publishing a tournament, you acknowledge that this information will be visible to anyone with access to the public tournament URL.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by TennCapt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
