When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely in hashed form). If you register a club, we also collect the club name.

Player and Tournament Data

Club administrators may enter player information (names, gender, classification) and tournament data (draws, match results, scores, rankings) into the Service. This data is necessary to operate the tournament management features.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data helps us maintain and improve the Service.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences (such as light/dark mode), and ensure the Service functions properly. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by our hosting partner. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Tournament and player data is retained as long as the associated club account exists. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law.

  • Delete your account and associated personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
